Welcome to Bookla — your online booking system. This guide walks you through everything, one chapter at a time. You can share a single chapter with your team using the "Share this chapter" link at the top of each page.
Signing in
You and your team members sign in at bookla.ca/business with your email and password. Your customers book on a separate public page (covered in the "Your online booking page" chapter) — they never use this admin.
- Go to bookla.ca/business.
- Enter your email and password, then select Sign in.
- If you run more than one business, use the switcher at the top-left of the header to jump between them.
The dashboard
The first screen is your Dashboard — recent sales, upcoming services, your top services and top team member at a glance. It's a read-only summary; the real work happens in the other sections.
Finding your way around
The dark icon bar on the left is your main menu. From top to bottom: Dashboard, Calendar, Sales, Clients, Catalogue, Team & Rooms, Reports, and Settings. Select any icon to open that section, and a second menu appears with its sub-pages. The Help button at the very bottom brings you back to this guide anytime.
Tip: Collapse the menu to icons only using the arrow at the top of the sidebar — handy on a small screen.
